Dubrovnik Split One-Way
This one-way route from Dubrovnik to Split is a favourite for guests who want an itinerary with strong contrasts: historic towns, quiet national parks, natural anchorages and lively seafront evenings. It offers smooth sailing, short distances and a pleasant balance between culture and relaxation.
The cruise normally begins in Dubrovnik, giving travellers time to explore the famous Old Town walls before boarding. Sailing out through the narrow harbour channel brings a memorable view of the medieval fortresses and the turquoise Adriatic. The first stop is often the Elaphiti Islands, where small villages and sandy coves create a peaceful introduction to the cruise. From there, the gulet continues to Mljet National Park, one of the most serene areas in southern Dalmatia. Guests can bike or walk around the saltwater lakes, swim in clear bays and enjoy an evening surrounded by pine forests and nature.
The next highlight is Korčula, a walled town with Venetian architecture, wine cellars, cafés and stone streets. It is a perfect place to taste local white wines and stroll along the waterfront. After Korčula, the route reaches Lastovo, a more remote island with deep bays, walking trails and a strong sense of wilderness. It is ideal for guests who enjoy quiet anchorages and stargazing at night. The cruise continues to Hvar, famous for its harbour promenade, restaurants and stylish summer nightlife. After a swim stop around the Pakleni Islands, the final part of the journey leads to Split, a vibrant city built around Diocletian’s Palace.
This route offers variety every day: culture, wine, swimming, nature and sunsets. It remains one of the most balanced one-way itineraries in Croatia.
