The ‘5th Tyba Yacht Charter Show’, hosted by the Göcek D Marin Hotel from May 4 to 7, brought together Yacht Tourism Professionals on a common platform. More than 350 brokers attended, and more than 50 yachts were displayed; major seminars, events, competitions, parties, a great gala night, and lovely colorful moments were had. The show started with the speech of the TYBA Board of Directors and the speech of the Mayor of Fethiye, Mr. Alim Karaca.
5th Tyba Yacht Charter Show Openning Ceromony
As Mirya Yachting team, including CEO Burcu Erdemir, Founder and Charter Manager Barış Erdemir, Charter Broker İlker Kontürk, and Luxury Holiday Planning Manager Hazan Güzel, inspected the boats and met with captains, brokers, and agents. We visited yachts that we had never been on before and analyzed their technical specs, services, and crew profiles. And we had a great time. Crews had an especially fantastic year this year, and numerous yachts, from food services to cocktails, received full marks from the brokers.
The fair was a huge success, with brokers visiting the boats, meeting the crew, making observations, aiming to see boats they had never seen before and grasp their technical intricacies, as well as creating good networks where agencies could meet.
Visiting boats of all classes and flags was highly inspiring for both Turkish and international brokers, and the seminars provided us with valuable knowledge.
